Refund and Cancellation Policy:
Refunds will be issued for:
~Trips canceled due to unforeseen or hazardous weather conditions.
~Mechanical issues prior to leaving the dock.
~Trips canceled due to unmet passenger minimum.
~Individuals who cancel more than 72 hours before the trip departure time.
NO Refunds will be issued for:
~Individuals who cancel less than 72 hours before the trip departure time.
~Individuals who encounter seasickness, gear issues, and / or other diver
misfortunes while onboard.
~Bad weather or other natural hazardous conditions encountered while on the
trip.
~Any other reason that Marissa representatives deem reasonable.
All trips and charters are first come first served, and may be canceled for unforeseen circumstances such as weather. You may check the weather yourself at the NOAA website, which provides a 5 day swell forecast.
You Must Provide:
~Proof of dive certification.
~Valid government issued picture ID must be present with you for trips to the
Coronado Islands.
